Sales Director - UK Campaign (Cresta, Johannesburg) We're scaling fast - and we need a proven sales leader who knows how to build, inspire, and drive results. As our new Sales Director, you'll take full ownership of our outbound sales operation - leading multiple teams, shaping strategy, and driving expansion from 10 agents to 40+. You'll be responsible for creating a high-performing, value-driven cold-calling environment that consistently delivers quality conversations, strong conversions, and long-term customer relationships - focused on selling the strength of our product and service, not competing on price. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in high-performance sales cultures and knows how to scale from good to great.
