Sales Development Representative (Remote – Based in Madagascar)
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic and fast-growing marketing and advertising team. This is a fully remote role, but applicants must be based in Madagascar.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle from first contact to handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through research, outreach, and market engagement
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for senior sales executives
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, and additional channels
- Communicate the company’s services, offerings, and value proposition clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM
- Report regularly on sales activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strengthen and streamline pipeline development
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and/or English (both are considered a strong advantage)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to team success
