About our client:

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct research to identify and understand the needs of potential prospects. Your core responsibility is to nurture and qualify these leads to achieve set goals for generating qualified meetings through both outbound prospecting and the conversion of inbound leads.
  • Run targeted campaigns to expand awareness of our client's solutions. This requires a strong understanding of our client's value proposition to communicate with prospects at all levels effectively, including senior and C-level contacts, and to identify sales opportunities in collaboration with the sales account managers.
  • Maintaining documentation and accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce) and other prospecting platforms. You will also be responsible for regular reporting on activities, meaningful interactions, and completed meetings to both sales and marketing teams.

 

What our client is looking for:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 2 years of SDR (Sales Development Representative) experience, specifically with a background working with prospects in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You must be able to think on your feet, make a compelling introduction, identify client pain points, and professionally handle objections.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be ideal. An understanding of different industries and their functions is also required.
  • Must be a results-oriented and organized self-starter with a positive, passionate, and energetic outlook.
  • While you need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively, the ability to build relationships is a key advantage.
  • A quick learner who is open to coaching and dedicated to continuous professional development.
