About the position
An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced and innovative team within the digital sampling and brand solutions space.
This role is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and engaging with brands through proactive outreach. The successful candidate will play a key role in introducing prospective clients to the company’s sampling solutions and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Identify and research prospective brand clients aligned with the company’s service offering
- Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Introduce potential clients to the company’s sampling proposition and generate interest
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify opportunities
- Schedule meetings and sales calls with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions
- Support the refinement of outreach strategies by sharing market feedback and lead insights
- Provide regular updates and reporting on outreach performance, pipeline activity, and results
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, customer engagement, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in conducting outbound outreach and engaging with prospective clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms
- Professional and proactive approach to client engagement
Advantageous Requirements
- Experience within digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, media, or technology environments
- Exposure to international markets or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and modern sales prospecting tools
