Sales Development Representative

Cape Town, Office Based

R17,500 - R20 000 per month + Uncapped Commissions

Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Dial 80+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution
• Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro
• Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team
• Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven outbound sales experience
• Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
• Fluent, professional English.
• Experience working on a CRM.
• Able to work in UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
• A tertiary qualification
• Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
