About the position
Location: Remote (South Africa-based) Role Overview As the Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for new prospects. You'll manage a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activity, engaging decision-makers and introducing them to the value of this portable charging solution. Key Responsibilities Make 80-100 outbound and follow-up calls per day to venue managers and decision-makers Must-Haves Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, cold calling, or SDR roles Nice to Have Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments What You'll Get Fully remote and flexible work setup

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Follow up on inbound leads from marketing and referral sources
Qualify leads and book appointments or demos for the senior sales team
Conduct light discovery to understand each venue's needs and tailor your pitch
Update and manage lead information in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Source new leads using online tools, lead lists, and cold calling
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach efforts
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and monthly performance targets
Candidate Profile
Professional fluency in spoken and written English
Confident and engaging phone manner with strong communication skills
High energy, motivated, and resilient personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven role
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Background in selling to hospitality, retail, or events venues
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Previous experience working with a UK-based or international sales team
Competitive salary (R25,000 - R30,000) plus uncapped commission
