You're a confident sales leader with a sharp commercial instinct and a passion for building customer relationships. You know how to inspire a team, hit targets, and maintain exceptional service standards. Technically minded and process-driven, you're ready to step into a dynamic leadership role where your interpersonal, organisational, and analytical strengths shine.
You'll lead an internal sales team, mentoring and guiding consultants to meet revenue and gross profit goals. Alongside managing your own client portfolio, you'll ensure quotes, invoicing, and records are handled with precision. From using Syrinx to monitor pipelines to preparing forecasts and stock proposals, you'll be central to operational flow. Your role will also involve liaising with technical teams, identifying customer needs, conducting market research, and promoting high-impact solutions in line with the company's quality and safety standards.
You'll join a trusted Southern African leader in vertical access, lifting, and load testing systems. Operating within a respected international group, this organisation services the construction, industrial, and mining sectors. The culture is collaborative and performance-driven, with a strong focus on innovation, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction.
You should have Matric, with a diploma or degree in sales or marketing preferred. A minimum of 5 years' sales experience in lifting equipment, construction, or a related industry is essential, along with proven leadership in managing internal sales teams. Strong knowledge of Syrinx, lifting equipment, and competitor products is key, as are excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
