About the position
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target prospective clients.
- Analyse competitor offerings and customer preferences to inform strategies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive target list of prospects.
- Drive sales to the company's eStore through email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Present and promote our flagship "Smart Desk" and other packaged cybersecurity solutions, highlighting their unique value.
- Customize proposals to meet client needs and negotiate pricing effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Monitor and report sales performance using our internal CRM tool.
- Work towards expanding eStore offerings by integrating additional packaged cybersecurity solutions.
