Sales/Customer Relationship Manager (JHB/Garden Route)

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

A leading eCommerce platform urgently seeks to fill the role of a Sales/Customer Relationship Manager – with openings to join its Joburg and Garden Route Divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, driven and ambitious professionals who are willing to go the extra mile. You will create and nurture long-term relationships with customers and resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with services. Applicants will require Matric/Grade 12, preferably a suitable tertiary qualification with 3-5 years’ work experience in Sales including a proven sales track record and a valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle.

DUTIES:

• Market products and establish a strong brand and product presence in your allocated area.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline in combination with calling programme.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers.
• Reach individual sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proven sales track record.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good command of English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills.
• Self-motivator.
• A customer-oriented attitude.
• Persuasiveness and selling ability.
• Strong achievement orientation.
• Self-discipline.
