SALES COORDINATOR
Overview: Provide a support function to the Hardware Products Sales team and assist with all administrative tasks related to the Hardware Sales function and any other business requirements.
Duties:
Sales related functions which include but are not limited to:
o Checking stock levels.
o Running reports.
o Contract pricing inputs.
o Price Increases.
Receiving of telephonic orders.
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Capture and updating of contract pricing.
Monitoring and communicating stock levels to sales teams.
Assist with meeting sales targets.
Monthly sales reporting and statistical data analysis.
Distribute daily back-order reports.
Weekly sales reports for representatives.
Maintain sound, ethical, business relationships with customers.
Quotations for customers.
Stock upliftment requests.
Stock forecasting.
Updating new business gains for all branches.
Issuing sample requisitions.
Follow up and contact maintained between production, dispatch and customers.
Travel Itinerary.
Minutes of all meetings.
Sound product knowledge is continuously shared with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification is advantageous
Advanced Microsoft office
Proficient with Syspro
Qlikview
5-6 years administration experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.
Remuneration:
R22000 plus benefits and 13th Cheque
