About the position
A well-established company within the Energy industry is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Durban area. This will be a permanent requirement.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Expediting customer orders, confirmation of delivery dates
- Checking stock availability
- Coordinating with other branches on ordering and receiving of stock
- Resolve customer queries
- Process credits
- Technical advice to customers and workshop
- Invoicing
- Stock takes
- Processing of warranty claims
- Switchboard
Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification
Experience
- 3+ years as a Sales Administrator within a Technical environment
- JDE Software package experience
- Experience working on Excel and Power Point
- Warehouse Management System experience (advantageous)
Skills Required
- Ability to interpret documents (safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals)
- Report writing
- Fully bilingual
- Calculations
