Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Assist the sales team with processing orders, quotes, and invoices to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.

  • Support customer relationship management by handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries.

  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and filing systems to support operational excellence.

Duties:

  • Process orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently.

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.

  • Work with internal teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.

  • Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse staff.

  • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales support.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification is essential.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales administration, support, or controlling roles.

  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
