About the position

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Portfolio Growth and Profitability:

  • Meet or exceed business targets by promoting and selling the company's suite of solutions to new clients.
  • Achieve cold calling objectives in line with the company's client visitation framework.
  • Conduct a minimum of three new client presentations per day.
  • Implement a solutions-based sales methodology across all customer engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring weekly management of progress, customer follow-ups, and speedy deal closure.
  • Develop, nurture, and manage a healthy sales pipeline, monitoring activities and responding to inquiries promptly.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Satisfaction:

  • Promote a first-contact resolution approach for all customer communications.
  • Perform in-depth needs analyses to identify client requirements and business challenges.
  • Be thoroughly trained and proficient in the full range of the company's products and solutions.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Maintain a Customer Service Index (CSI) score above 90%.
  • Develop and present persuasive proposals and tailored presentations that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to onboarding.

Customer Retention:

  • Monitor and manage customer churn, ensuring preventable losses are minimized and a zero-churn culture is upheld.

General Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date with market developments, competitor movements, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline data, and customer engagements within the CRM system.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build networks and promote offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Alternatively, currently completing a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar B2B sales role, demonstrating a consistent record of success.
