About the position
Our client, a leading organization within the security industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join their team within guarding sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s comprehensive range of security services and solutions to prospective and existing clients across the region.
This role requires a strong ability to identify business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and deliver tailored security solutions that meet customer needs while contributing to the organization’s sales growth and market presence.

Qualifications
- No formal qualification is required.
- Guarding sales experience is non negotiable
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to conduct cold calling and effectively manage sales territories.
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages.
Additional Requirements
- South African citizen.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Valid endorsed driver's license.
- Clear criminal record.
