Salary: R20,000 Basic + Commission. OTE R50,000

The Company:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify and actively contact new leads within the local construction and HVAC sectors.
• Present the strong technical benefits of insulation systems to major clients daily.
• Negotiate supply contracts and pricing to hit monthly sales targets confidently.
• Conduct detailed on-site technical briefings for active contractors and architectural firms safely.
• Prepare highly accurate product quotes using the internal CRM system daily.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must clearly show proven daily experience in technical industrial sales.
• You strictly need a deep working understanding of thermal resistance and fire ratings.
• You must possess strong existing relationships with local architects and commercial developers.
• You need a proven daily ability to identify building retrofitting opportunities confidently.
• You must clearly understand local market pricing trends and active competitor threats.
