About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:o Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided by the bond origination businesses.o Present and explain insurance products to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.o Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management:o Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.o Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience.o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Sales Performance:o Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume, target-driven environment.o Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Compliance:o Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations, FAIS requirements, and internal policies.o Stay updated on industry standards and changes to maintain [URL Removed] Required Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate, RE5 qualification and FAIS compliance (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) are mandatory.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
