We seek a driven Cross and Upsell Consultant to enhance product penetration and merchant value. Using data insights and targeted campaigns, you'll convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our merchant base. Engage in personalized conversations to encourage merchants to adopt more of our Product suite, supporting growth and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant data to find upgrade opportunities.
• Conduct targeted campaigns to drive conversions.
• Educate merchants on additional product benefits.
• Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with teams.
• Work with Retention and Sales for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
  Qualifications
• Matric
• Higher Certificate in Marketing
• Sales courses
  Experience
• 2-5 years in a sales role in retail or payments.
  Skills
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Excel.
• Ability to interpret ROI reports.
