About the position
Are you a driven, client-focused sales professional with a passion for skills development? We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in the training and educational services sector on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be promoting and selling SETA-accredited training solutions to corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored training offerings. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and have a strong understanding of skills development legislation and BBBEE compliance, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within training & development or educational services
- Strong knowledge of SETA-accredited programmes and relevant legislation (e.g. Skills Development Act, BBBEE codes)
- Proven sales track record
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel

- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client needs analysis and present customised proposals
- Stay informed on industry trends and SETA compliance
- Deliver compelling presentations and ensure excellent after-sales service
