Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard clients for trade and barter deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and maintain a CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Prior experience in trade/barter agreements is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or a related industry.
