Educational and work background: ? Matric or relevant NQF qualification; Job Responsibilities: ? Active procuring of orders for the business unit (new business development). It is being able to restrain negative actions when provoked, when faced with opposition or hostility from others, or when working under pressure. Additional Competencies: ? Hardworking team player that can work under pressure
? Appropriate post Grade 12 Marketing and/or Sales qualification will be an advantage
? 3-5 years' sales experience within paving / manufacturing industry
? Proven track record of target achievement
? Achieve sales target and maintain sales margins.
? Provide effective customer service function which includes but is not limited to sales visits and client retention.
? Develop and maintain data base for all new and existing clients.
? Stay abreast of market requirements, needs and trends through personal visits to external organisations and customers.
? Liaise with production and dispatch to ensure correct product quantities, product delivery and quality.
? Liaise with Internal sales.
? Inspecting all media publications to keep abreast of developments and trends in the industry.
? Promoting company products and their use.
? Seek new markets for existing and new products.
? Update existing marketing and project data and present to the Regional Sales Manager when necessary.

? JDE procurement system experience and knowledge will be advantage
? Must be able to travel extensively in Namibia area and surrounds and stay overnight if and when required.
