About the position
DBN000114 – SALES CONSULTANT (IN STORE) - BALLITO
Purpose of the Job:
To provide professional and courteous customer service in store.
Required Qualifications:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- 3- 5 years proven in store/retail experience
- Stable work history
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with customers’ needs and offer solutions to them.
- Become an expert in the client’s product offerings
- Serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning products
- Assist with purchases
- Handle cash register duties
- Adhoc merchandising duties where required
- Drive sales
