About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role involves consulting with prospective patients, building lasting relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process - all while ensuring a premium client experience.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09h00 - 18h00
- Saturday: 09h00 - 16h00
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations with prospective patients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Follow up with unsold and inactive leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Complete administrative and filing duties accurately and efficiently.
- Handle banking and payment processing responsibly.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Place and track stock orders as needed.
- Report incoming leads to the call centre for CRM capture and management.
- Maintain and update the consultation calendar to ensure an efficient appointment schedule.
- Compile and submit required reports on time.
Requirements
- Proven success in a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident presence.
- Strong telephone etiquette and consultative selling skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
