Job Description:
As a Business Growth Consultant/ Revenue Consultant / BD Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our reach in the India market. Your role will encompass:
- Craft and implement innovative strategies for business expansion in new and existing markets
- Surpass regular sales targets with your prowess
- Skillfully document the sales journey and closures
- Nurture and strengthen customer relationships
- Execute business development activities with precision and promptness
- You have to dial 120+ customers in a working day
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2-6 years of stellar sales experience
- Masterful written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive under pressurewith acute attention to detail
- Adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exhibit outstanding time management and organizational skills

Employment Terms & Conditions:
- Training Requirement: A mandatory 2-week on-site training period (Monday to Saturday). 100% attendance is required. Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification from the role.
- Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, work-from-office position. Remote work is not available.
- Contract Type:
- If you are currently unemployed or on a fixed-term contract (FTC) and are selected to join Regenesys, you will be issued a 6-month fixed-term contract with monthly performance targets.
- If you are currently in a permanent role and accept an offer from Regenesys, you will be issued a permanent employment contract, provided you can prove your current permanent employment status through your existing employment contract and recent payslips. You will be on a 6-month probation with monthly performance targets.
- Probation Period: May be extended if performance targets are not.
