Sales And Service Co-Ordinator Learnership at Probe IMT Mining

About the position

Probe IMT Mining is looking for a Sales and Service Co-Ordinator Learner to assist and work closely with the Sales/Service Coordinator to provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process, as well as to help customers resolve sales-related issues promptly, generally providing real-time support.

NB: Preference would be given to African Female Candidates residing in Kathu or Kuruman.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales and Service Coordinator to:

Coordinate and support the sales team.

• Managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Evaluates the performance of salespeople.
• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered promptly and according to the desires of customers.
• Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Makes sales goals and assists other sales department members in meeting them.

Customer Service

• Meets with people in other departments to help promote products.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints and giving after-sales support when requested.
• Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the
  consumer interaction is of the utmost professionalism.

Sales Reporting

• Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department.
• Read and evaluate sales reports.
• Read financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers.
• Formulate and submit month-end reporting.

Processing of Sales orders

• Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management.
• Innovation, Marketing, and Support.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Creates new and innovative ideas to sell products.
• Makes presentations to management explaining how to meet sales goals and discuss any new innovative ideas that management may have.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns.
