Sales & Procurement Coordinator – Duty-Free Distribution

Join our client, a distribution partner in the duty-free trade industry,  they are looking for an energetic, detail-driven Sales & Procurement Coordinator to support their fast-paced operations and help keep their commercial engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in coordinating sales orders, managing supplier interactions, and supporting operational workflows from order to delivery. This role ensures efficient coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, while maintaining accurate records and supporting timely stock movement

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders and maintain key account records
  
  
• Liaise with sales and procurement teams on stock levels, pricing, and availability
  
  
• Place and track purchase orders, ensure timelines are met, and maintain supplier documentation
  
  
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, ensuring no stock is held for longer than 2 years
  
  
• Assist with inventory planning, forecasting, and reporting
  
  
• Work closely with customs for clearance documentation and compliance tracking
  
  
• Support margin updates, pricing alignment, and customer follow-ups

• Experience using Pastel
  
  
• Strong Excel skills and general system proficiency
  
  
• A high level of attention to detail – fast, accurate, and organised
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment
