About the position

Requirements

• BCom Marketing Management or similar qualification
• Professional registration with MASA (Marketing Association of South Africa) or other marketing professional body
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the residential property industry.
• Experience in Property development and construction sector
• Must be willing to travel (Candidate will be required to travel to our site in Polokwane)

KEY JOB PURPOSE:

• Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
• Conduct competitor research
• Create, recommend and implement marketing programs and campaigns
• Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing
• Design and produce internal and external newsletters
• Produce fit for purpose videos and photo content
• Manage and approve website, banners and brochures
• Manage the company's social media platforms
• Identify and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future and repeat sales
• Sell new development properties
• Maintain detailed records and proper documentation of all aspects of sale's activities.
• Develop a plan and budget for each marketing program and campaign
• Procure goods and services in line with budget and procurement policy, adhering to company BBBEE requirements.
• Manage a group of Sales Agents and other support staff members

Linked Thoughts is currently looking to occupy a Sales and Marketing Manager position in the Centurion office, which will also involve extensive travelling to the company Sites.
