Our client, based on the East Rand and a leading supplier of top-tier timber, is looking for an Executive to head up their Sales and Marketing team as the Sales and Marketing Executive. This company's product is renowned for its exceptional durability and is a favourite in the construction and furniture industries. They are looking for an individual who can lead and drive significant growth and market expansion in the Business-to-consumer markets. The perfect fit would be someone with 8 - 10 years of experience on a Snr. Management or Executive level in Sales and Marketing. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field in combination with a MBA is required. Must have a proven track record for increasing sales revenue and growth. Experience in exports will give you a competitive edge.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • On an executive level, 7 -10 Years experience in marketing and sales.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Manage high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience in exports and retail sales.
  • Proven track record in navigating complex market landscapes and capitalise emerging opportunities.
  • Possesses strong strategic and operational expertise, delivering impactful initiatives consistently.
