Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Are you a highly organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator within the hospitality industry looking for an exciting opportunity with a prestigious and fast-growing hotel environment?

A leading luxury hospitality group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the commercial team with administration, customer enquiries, proposals and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of hotel sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Marketing team
• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations and reservations for individual, group and conference bookings
• Assist with non-residential conference and event enquiries
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Generate reports, statistics and management information as required
• Manage inventory of brochures, promotional materials and sales collateral
• Track incoming leads and follow up to maximise revenue opportunities
• Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of both manual and electronic records
• Support additional projects and tasks as requested by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar sales coordination or administrative role within hospitality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as Opera
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
