Our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Sandton
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, project-driven engineering environment by supporting both sales and marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative capabilities paired with creative flair - particularly with experience in graphic design. A passion for combining technical insight with innovative marketing approaches is essential to help drive business growth and support project success
Key responsibilities include managing the company's digital presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, the company website, and other social media channels. Strong working knowledge of digital content creation, website design, and social media management is required to ensure consistent, engaging communication aligned with the brand's vision
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field will be highly advantageous
- Solid background in sales and marketing, ideally within an engineering or technical industry
- Skilled in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently
- Experience with content creation, digital marketing strategies, or CRM platforms would be advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging marketing content
- Creative, analytical, and solutions-focused thinker
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and design software; tech-savvy and self-driven

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create and manage content for digital and print channels, including brochures, presentations, website, and social media
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and client visits
- Work with internal teams to produce technical visuals, videos, and animations
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials
- Support the sales team with admin tasks, proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Manage sales activities, CRM updates, and client communications
- Assist with tender submissions and cross-department collaboration
- Lead customer satisfaction surveys and compile reports for management
