Our client, a leader in the FMCG Industry, based in East London is seeking to employ an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator / PA to their dynamic team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or studying towards these qualifications.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales support or marketing administration role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Diary management for senior sales team.
- Flight and accommodation bookings.
- Arrange the distribution of samples to agents and customers.
- Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities.
- Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events.
- Plan and organise customer planning meetings and marketing events.
- Provide digital images of products to sales team when required.
- Receive, list, and prioritise customer complaints – (via social media, telephone, ERP, etc.)
- Update product libraries and catalogues (SKU Works/ Silo Library) - providing digital images as and when required.
- Arrange courier delivery for promotional and other sample items.
- Coordinate donations and sponsorship requests.
- Maintain schedules developed by the Sales Reporting Analyst.
