About the position
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to national teams.
- Maintain and update activity plans, budget trackers, and marketing records to assess campaign success.
- Support the Commercial Manager and Sales Reps with various admin tasks.
- Manage operations reporting, including monthly fuel usage, cellular allowances, and expense claims, this will be submitted to management
- Assist with creating and maintaining Excel-based tools that help streamline workflows.
- Ensure that information on their system is supported
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, especially in a sales or marketing support role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, custom sheets).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working across multiple teams or departments.
- Exposure to FMCG and retail environments is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.

Our client, a dynamic company based in Woodstock, Cape Town, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the national sales and commercial teams by managing data and systems.
You'll be the go-to person for pulling reports, tracking marketing activities, and assisting in day-to-day operational admin.
