About the position
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external and internal customer orders and queries to ensure expediting aligns with setstandards.
- Acknowledge orders within delivery timelines and create new jobs as required.
- Ensure invoices are received and processed correctly to facilitate successful job completion.
- Investigate and respond to all customer email and telephonic queries promptly after obtainingrelevant information.
- Complete and regularly send the Open Order report to the direct report.
- Communicate customer complaints and progress on their resolution to the Manager and relevantSales personnel.
- Handle commercial queries as needed.
- Accurately complete all paperwork, obtain necessary approvals, and capture all relevant orderdetails upon receipt.
- Ensure all orders from the client are sent to the relevant department along with the applicablepaperwork on the same day.
- Create transporter load orders as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working within Logistics and Warehousing is advantageous.
- Previous experience and knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
