Sales Agent - Mobile - B2B

About the position

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• 6 months international mobile sales experience - ESSENTIAL
• B2B experience - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell mobile products, services, and packages to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable mobile solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, contracts, and promotions clearly.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach.
• Assist customers with applications, upgrades, activations, and general queries.
• Capture customer information accurately on the required systems.
• Follow company sales processes, compliance requirements, and procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Report sales activity, customer feedback, and challenges to management.
