Key Responsibilities
Sell life insurance products telephonically to prospective and existing clients
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Apply quality assurance and compliance processes to minimize business risk
Maintain client-centric service while adhering to operational standards
Handle objections effectively to close sales
Build and sustain strong client relationships
Stay updated on new products, regulatory updates, and internal training initiatives
Remain informed of industry trends through self-learning and professional development
Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper qualification requirements
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 / Matric
At least2 years of outbound sales experiencein a call centre environment, specifically within thelong-term insurancesector
Proven ability to meet sales targets consistently
Knowledge & Skills
Solid understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
Strong knowledge of sales and customer servicing processes
Fluent in English and at least one additional South African official language
Clear criminal and credit record
Computer literate and confident using CRM and telephony systems
Willingness to work overtime to meet targets
