Sales Agent - Call Centre - Gaming Gambling Forex Sector

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent with a strong background in call centres to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the gaming, gambling or forex sectors and will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and building lasting client relationships, while providing excellent service.
The role is based in Cape Town CBD and is an in-office role, however we will consider those willing to relocate to Cape Town at their own cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying client needs and promoting suitable products or services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a call centre sales environment (minimum 1-2 years).
• Experience out of the Gaming, Gambling, Forex sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
• MUST HAVE A VALID SOUTH AFRICAN WORK PERMIT

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an international sales environment.
• Additional language skills will be advantageous.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.

Salary:
Senior agents start at 2500 USD (R43 000,00 Equivalent)
Presales agents 1,000 USD (R17 000,00 Equivalent)
(Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package)
