Sales Advisor at Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd

About the position

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Sales Advisor for our client based in Century City.

• Service inbound sales calls and convert enquiries into bookings.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding the customer’s needs, building rapport, and bringing bucket-list holidays to life.
  
• Follow a proven sales structure and consistently meet KPIs, including conversion rates, margins, data capture, and call handling.
  
• Make accurate cost calculations and provide customers with quotations quickly and efficiently.
  
• Produce accurate administrative work to complete the booking process.
  
• Adhere to call centre compliance guidelines, including GDPR and data protection policies.
  
• Work pro actively as part of a small team within a large sales department.
  

Requirements

• A highly motivated individual who is results-oriented, driven to accomplish goals, and possesses a high degree of self-motivation.
  
• Matric.
  
• Diploma.
  
• Able to establish rapport with customers and build strong relationships.
  
• Brings a positive mindset and contributes to an upbeat and happy working environment.
  
• Flexible in approach and able to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
  
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  
• Travel industry experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
  
• Must have experience in a sales environment—call centre experience is ideal but not essential.
  
• Full Time. Mon – Sun, 5/7 Shifts, including public holidays.
