Key Deliverables of the Role:

Costing and Pricing Support

• • Collate and input product cost data, including materials, labour, freight, tariffs, and currency fluctuations.
  • Maintain accurate costing models for Europe every three months.
  • Liaise with finance and procurement to update pricing structures regularly.
  • Ensure all orders are maintained at the correct prices.
  • Ensure the sales team is quoting with current and correct cost figures—no surprises!

Sales Forecasting and Data Analysis

• • • Gather and consolidate sales forecasts for Europe.
    • Input and update sales forecast in the forecast model.
    • Analyse trends and flag discrepancies or shifts in market demands.
    • Create snazzy dashboards and reports for leadership (bonus points if they have pie charts ).

Communication Hub

• • • Schedule regular check-ins and keep the info pipeline flowing.

Shipping and Logistics Coordination

• • • Sync forecasts with the shipping/logistics department to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
    • Provide shipping teams with sales trends, upcoming bulk orders, and regional needs. System Maintenance and Data Entry
• Upload contracts, pricing sheets.
• Ensure all entries follow internal data standards and international compliance rules.

Documentation and Compliance

? Keep track of regulatory requirements by country and help sales teams stay in line (think paperwork, not jail time).
