You'll provide first-class administrative support to a dynamic national sales team, handling everything from order processing and customer communication to backorder tracking, ERP data entry, and export coordination. You'll liaise across internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure sales operations run smoothly from quote to final delivery. Whether resolving customer queries, managing loan equipment, or filing for audit readiness, you'll be essential to the team's ability to grow and deliver.

You'll bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales or commercial administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced, FMCG or fresh food-related environment. Grade 12 is required, and a qualification in sales and marketing is a plus. You're confident using ERP systems (SAP or similar), Excel, and CRM tools. You'll have excellent administrative and organisational skills, strong communication (English essential, Afrikaans a bonus), a high attention to detail, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Experience with imports and exports is advantageous.
