About the position
This position is a great learning experience with potential to grow in the company. Key Responsibilities: Note: Training will be provided on all the above internal processes & systems Qualifications: Admin & Media background will be an advantage.
Answer and transfer calls, take messages when needed.
Update certain company spreadsheets daily / weekly.
Manage emails with admin for the Sales Team, Managers and Director when necessary.
Process Contracts & Production Orders for the Sales team.
Prepare Presentations (including KMZ files) for Sales Managers and reps as needed.
Assist managers with briefs and client liaison during the sales process.
Procure Stationary for the company.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for stock procurement.
Assist with courier bookings for the company.
Assist with travel plans for the company when necessary.
Liaise with third-party service providers for IT and office queries.
Update details of clients / campaigns on company system.
Assist in organizing company events and prepare client gifts for sales teams and management.
Must have OWN transport.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Attention to detail is vital
