What you will be doing:
- Manage daily sales administration tasks.
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems (Salesforce and Dynamics).
- Provide timely, structured reports to senior management.
- Support CRM migration including testing and user training.
- Serve as a process administrator.
- Collaborate with RevOps and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree (Business, Technology, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
- Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales team would be beneficial.
Work Type:
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Centurion office
