About the position

DBN000167 – SALES ADMINISTRATOR (AGRICULTURE) - KRUGERSDORP
 
Purpose of the job:
To offer sales and administration support to the sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification - Advantageous
  • Min 2-5 years solid experience in a similar role – non negotiable
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Afrikaans as 80% of clients are Afrikaans

Technical Competencies and responsibilities


  • Supporting the sales team with administration, quotes and queries in Afrikaans
  • Processing orders
  • Managing customer data
  • Generating reports
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Verifying order accuracy
  • Issuing invoices
  • Updating customer records in a CRM
  • Tracking inventory, and liaising with other departments to fulfil orders
