We are looking for a Sales Data Capture Administrator to ensure accurate and organized CRM data while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Accurately capture and maintain sales data in the CRM system
- Assist the sales team with reporting, tracking leads, and managing follow-ups
- Validate and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and update client records while ensuring compliance with internal processes and data protection policies
- Provide insights into potential sales opportunities based on CRM data
- Previous experience in sales administration, CRM data capturing, or a similar role
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to identify inefficiencies
