About the position

Account Manager 
A leading organisation within the labelling and product identification sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. The company provides a range of labelling products, including high-quality product identification labels, laser labels, and specialised equipment such as barcode printers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets
  • Marketing and selling the organisation’s range of products
  • Managing and servicing existing client accounts
  • Proactively developing new business opportunities, including cold calling
  • Managing sales-related queries, quotations, and general administrative tasks
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Preparing quotations based on customer requirements (using Syspro)
  • Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly sales reports

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within the printing, labelling, or packaging industry
  • Solid understanding of printing processes and manufacturing environments
  • Experience managing corporate accounts and presenting at executive level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and remain target-driven
  • High level of energy, self-motivation, and results orientation
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and professional customer service
  • Proficient computer literacy (MS Word and Excel essential); Syspro experience beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Own reliable vehicle required
