About the position
Looking for a Sales Account Executive professional who will be managing the overall relationship between the account and the Organisation; developing and managing strategic account relationships.
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Role includes managing the overall relationship between the account and the Organisation; developing and managing strategic account relationships.
- Required to manage business results in the account as if operating their own business, while acting in the best interest of the company at-large as well as the account.
- Responsible for the overall business with the account(s); works with associates to map out, develop and implement an appropriate account plan to maximize value for both the customer and the Organisation.
- Responsible for overall customer success/satisfaction.
- Drives opportunities that position improved results (revenue growth, cost reduction, improved client experience) for the customer that are in line with the Organisation’s strategic direction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, financial and/or technical discipline strongly preferred.
- 8 years of related sales experience; financial industry experience a plus.
- Proven success in solution sales environment.
- Experience selling into major accounts.
- Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology hurdles to close business.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership -Excellent written and oral communication skills in.
- Must possess active listening skills as well as written and verbal skills Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives.
- Demonstrated success in managing account relationships.
- Demonstrated success developing new account opportunities.
- experience or track record in complex sales
- results/achievements in sales
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of the Financial industry and Solutions, or similar applications and technology.
- Experience in selling software/applications.
- Experience in selling any the following solutions: ATMs, Branch Solutions, Managed Services/ as-a-Service, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Networking and Communications.
