About the position
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Project Professional to join our growing team. This role combines client-facing sales responsibilities with project coordination, ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business through B2B and B2C sales efforts.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities in the market and assist with strategic input.
Project Coordination:
- Interpret and work from architectural plans.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-ups.
- Submit weekly reports on sales and project status.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Project Management, or a related field (advantageous).
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential.
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Zoho and Sage is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
