About the position

A Well Established company in Midrand seeking an experienced Sales Manager from a technical industry to lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop sales strategies across a defined region or product line
Key Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with senior management.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team.
• Manage major accounts, negotiate pricing, and develop key client relationships.
• Forecast sales and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and sales operations.

Reporting:

• Reports to senior management and the Group CEO as required.
