About the position
Are you a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager ready to take your career to the next level? A dynamic and innovative promotional company with an in-house, high-tech garment manufacturing division is looking for a talented individual to lead its Sales and Marketing efforts.
This is a key strategic role where you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously refining the company’s Sales & Marketing strategy. You'll manage sales teams, build strong client relationships, and play a vital role in driving revenue growth in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set and monitor targets to achieve sustained sales growth.
- Lead and develop sales teams to meet performance and revenue objectives.
- Present and promote the company’s range of products and services to new and existing clients.
- Ensure high-quality costings, quotations, and order accuracy for manufacturing processes.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Report on performance metrics, market trends, and strategy execution.
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent experience.
- Relevant qualification or training in Marketing and Sales.
- Knowledge of textiles/clothing manufacturing, with the ability to understand product specs (e.g., Diploma in Clothing Management, Garment Production or Fashion Design).
- 3–5 years’ management experience with a successful sales track record.
- Experience in the fashion, clothing, or branding industry is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport; willingness to travel.
