Be the first point of contact for prospectiveclients and strengthen the leasing pipeline for a growing logistics-parkbusiness. Is this you? You thrive when you're managing enquiries, coordinatingappointments, entering data accurately and ensuring follow-up is swift andseamless. Attention to detail, a service-first mindset and the ability to stayorganised in a busy environment are key. You enjoy collaborating with leasing,marketing and operations teams, and know that every lead counts. What you'll be doing: You will manage all inbound sales enquiries -via calls, web-forms and listings - and ensure each is quickly qualified andallocated to the right leasing executive. You'll schedule viewings inco-ordination with park managers, follow up on lead conversions and trackfeedback to identify trends. You'll also maintain CRM and lead-tracking systemswith precision, ensuring data integrity and providing reports on lead-volume,conversion and opportunities for improvement. Your role will be pivotal inensuring the leasing team is supported, leads turn into viewings and ultimatelycontribute to high occupancy and tenant success. Where you'll be doing it: You'll be joining an innovative propertybusiness that is transforming the logistics landscape through its network ofserviced logistics parks and are expanding their business. You'll be based atthe Cape Town CBD office, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm working in a fast-paced,collaborative environment that values initiative and achievement. What you'll need: You'll bring a matric qualification with at leasttwo years of experience in an administrative, coordination or inside-salesrole, ideally within a property, service or customer-focused business. You'llhave excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisationalability and proficiency in CRM or lead-management systems. A proactive mindset,accuracy under pressure and an eagerness to support a busy sales environmentwill set you apart.
