Purpose of the Role

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior business development or commercial leadership role, preferably within an industrial or engineering environment.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and delivering growth strategies in complex technical markets.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Strong command of change management principles and digital transformation frameworks.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Engineering, or Sales Management.
