You're a proactive, results-driven accounting professional who takes pride in delivering precise and timely work. You enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively, and managing relationships with both colleagues and sophisticated clients. Your attention to detail is matched by your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing financial statements for a portfolio of offshore and onshore trusts and companies. Your role will involve reconciling accounts, preparing investment reports, handling payments, and ensuring all client ledgers are accurate and up to date. You'll liaise closely with local and international teams, external service providers, and internal stakeholders, supporting everything from tax returns to client meetings. It's a dynamic role with direct impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-trust environment.

You'll hold a BCom in Accounting and have completed your SAIPA articles and be registered as a Professional Accountant with SAIPA. Experience in financial or investment services is ideal but not essential, as long as you have an interest in investments. You'll be confident with IFRS for SMEs, Caseware, Xero, and Microsoft Office, with bonus points for familiarity with Business Central and Laserfische. Being fluent in Afrikaans is also a nice to have.
